But I haven't had a chance to think about it. Even though the wonderful Rachael sent me a pile of patterns out of the blue the other day, all I have done is glance at them. Rachael, as coincidence would have it, was also my Secret Pal, she sent me some On Line sock yarn and so I know two things: I will knit it with this yarn and I will use one of these patterns.
Even though Jaywalker looks wonderful on everyone's blogs (have a look at Blueadt's Tiger Opal Jaywalker its fantastic!!) and I am sorely tempted to try it, but because I have never knitted a sock before, I will stick with a more pedestrian (boom boom!!) pattern. I'm sure I will be able to begin before Christmas??!!
