The Tiny Spinning Group

6 months ago I did not want to learn to spin. Now I am totally hooked and I have the best little spinning group. If we had a name it woudl be "Every Second Tuesday" or something. We go to each others houses although a trip to Kerry's house usually involves a few purchases from her stash. I came home with four 100g bundles of pink sliver in graduating hues. 200g of angora and merino blend. Fun fun fun. We learnt to Navajo ply which I love love love - more than the other way of plying!! And I had a go at the electric carder and made a merino/silk blend to spin up and dye 0 hopefully to get some mottled kind of effect as the two fibres take up the dye differently...best dash baby crying.....
